Exchange and Cancellation Policy
Our motto is to deliver great products with complete satisfaction to our customers. If in case, you do not like the product or you have changed your mind in the middle of the order request, you may exchange or cancel your product order as per our Exchange and Cancellation Policy. Therefore, it is requested to read the following policy carefully before making any order or purchase from our website.
- No worries!!! If unfortunately, you have to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order in both cases i.e. COD & Online payment.
- In case you have already paid for your order, refunds will be made in the same mode of payment (received by us) within the next 10 working days only if the order is cancelled within 12 hours as per the company policy.
- And in case of cancellation which is been made after 12 hours then the amount would not be refunded you can only exchange the product with another of the same price.
- Note: There is only return policy; one can only exchange the product in case you receive a defective or other product from the ordered one.
- No exchange claim is accepted after 12 hours of delivery.
- Note: You may receive the slight color variant product from you ordered as these are the customized covers
- We do not avail reverse pickup facility to our customers if in case any customers wish to exchange any product he/ she have to ship the product(s) back to us.
- Customer needs to pack the product safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. (we do not take any responsibility for product damaging, shipped by customers)
- Note*: Shipping charges are not applicable/ refundable
- Once we received the product and we are done with our internal quality check, we will proceed further, to deliver you the exchanged product you have requested.
We do not accept product(s) for exchange if:-
- The product exhibits any physical damage to the box or to the product
- We received a product without all original packaging and accessories, including the manuals, retail box, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Product without UPC (Universal Product Code) along with its original packaging.
Please share photographic/videography evidence of received product with us, if in case of dissatisfactions of the product(s)
